TALE OF DEPRAVITY.

An appalling story of continuos depravity was unfolded in the case wherein Carl Johan Amandaus Carlsson and Eugene Kristiansen were charged with an unnatural offence.

Mr W Shand appeared for the two accused, who pleaded not guilty.

    Both accused were found guilty.

Carlsson was sentenced to a year’s hard labor in Grafton Gaol. Kristiansen, the younger of the two, was sentenced to eight months’ hard labor in Grafton Gaol.

Carlsson asked whether his Honor would deport them to their own country. (One was Norwegian; the other a Swede).

His Honor: I can’t do that.
